Using Akhdar

Akhdar is a venue where members post classified listings and contact each other. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the community guidelines. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to post listings or send messages.

Your listings and messages

You are responsible for what you post. Listings must be truthful, lawful where you live, and consistent with our guidelines. You keep ownership of your content and give Akhdar a license to display and promote it on the site, in feeds and in search results.

Transactions are between members

Akhdar is not a party to any sale, job, rental or agreement made between members. We do not verify listings, members, items or qualifications, and we do not handle payments. Use your own judgment and follow our safety tips.

Moderation

We may review, edit the category of, hide or remove any listing, and suspend or close any account, at our discretion, particularly to enforce the community guidelines or protect members.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akhdar is not liable for losses arising from listings, messages or dealings between members.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
